With redundancies in the news nearly daily, job insecurity on a day to day level is at its highest for many years. Some of the symptoms we are hearing about at the moment are: tired employees who are scared to leave on time for fear of it reflecting badly on them, people clearly focussing on there own targets primarily as oppose to the whole team or company's objectives, people attending work who are poorly as they daren't be off sick.
